Bo Clark, the service manager, provided one of the worst service experiences I have had. I arrived for my scheduled 8:00 AM oil change and was told the wait would be about two hours. That raised an obvious question: what is the purpose of scheduling appointments if customers are still waiting that long? I went to Bo’s office to better understand the process. Instead of addressing my questions, he was dismissive and uninterested. He stated that he is not a customer facing employee and was not hired to be hospitable. During the conversation he never looked up from the paperwork on his desk and came across as extremely rude. Even though oil changes were included with my purchase, this experience makes it hard to imagine returning for service. A service manager should represent the dealership professionally and treat customers with basic respect. Bo would benefit from training on how to communicate with and support customers.

This was by far, the greatest car buying experience I have ever had! Lance Ellis might be one of the best types of men I have ever met. He did exactly what he said he was going to do . From beginning to end. Everything was set and no surprises occurred while completing financing . There were surprises though! Kyjuan was our sales rep and he was absolutely amazing! He walked me through the vehicle and the process and I was at ease immediately. I felt none of the pressure or that vibe you get when someone’s trying to get over on you . None of that! The best surprise was , through just basic conversation , Lance knew my favorite band . Muse ! This wonderful man put Muse over the overhead speakers and played it while I got to ring the bell for my car purchase ! Absolutely made my day! I was treated with. Respect and a friendliness that I just wasn’t prepared for! This is where you want to make your vehicle purchases !!

The experience was short of amazing. Steve was very professional and helpful to me with my decision on purchasing a 2nd vehicle. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of his business. He came highly recommended by a friend that he’s assisted times before. The entire staff was friendly, from the initial beginning to end. Thank you Steve and the finance managers, you’re greatly appreciated.

I purchased a 2023 Gensis from this dealership and I notice some damage to the car. The sales manager promised me this wasn’t an issue and they would get it fixed. Now I have been calling to get it fixed since October ( purchased in September) and I m getting the run arounds. Spoke with Alan Perry and he was so rude to me and also informed me that I would have to pay for the issues with the car. I reminded him that I have the paperwork showing they promised to fix it and he hung up in my face. I have taken this car to Gensis to get so many things fixed since I purchased from this dealership and it proves they that take care of their cars nor are they doing honest business. Don’t ever buy from here.
