I leased a new car and in 2 months I need to change the camera, not only that they didn't give me the car in exchange, they didn't charge the battery after work. What kind of service is this, I don't advise you to take vin fast. Many of my friends also have cars on lease, and there were no problems when they left the car for service so that they would not be given as a replacement and constantly charged the battery and this is about 5 different brands of cars. Very dissatisfied, very bad service.

Fredys Santos was an excellent salesman. He checked every box without me even having to ask. Super friendly, always easy to reach, and quick to answer calls or questions. The whole process felt smooth and stress free. I’d recommend him 10 out of 10.

I had a great experience with VinFast. I purchased a Toyota Camry, and it has been an excellent car reliable, comfortable, and very affordable. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I especially want to appreciate Sam Shahin for providing best-in-class customer service. He was professional, honest, and very supportive throughout the deal, making sure everything was clear and handled perfectly. Truly a great buying experience, and I would highly recommend VinFast and Sam Shahin to anyone looking for a car.

Leased my new VF8 Blue Ocean from Lisle VinFast and couldn’t be happier! The experience was smooth from test drive to signing. Joe A., Sam in finance, and Luis the GM were all knowledgeable, helpful, and answered my questions promptly. The service team also deserves 5 stars! Love the car — great value for its size and quality compared to similar SUVs. Highly recommend!
