“My experience with purchasing a truck from here was initially great however from walking out the door dealing with this dealership has been fraught with poor communication and empty promises.
We were promised to have a chip on the truck windshield repaired, only to be told it’s been sealed and we won’t be offered anything further without paying to replace the windshield outright.
I had to replace the battery in my truck within 1 month of driving it off the lot, bringing the quality of their inspections on used vehicles they are selling into question.
I discovered the driver side tail light has a leaky gasket leading to a water leak, ultimately shorting the electronics inside the light. I was told that the bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t cover this type of damage, despite being assured by the finance team that it is a comprehensive plan that covers all electronics within the truck.
As of the time of writing this review it has been 60 days without receiving the title to register my vehicle in compliance with the new state vehicle registration requirements. I have called on 3 separate occasions over the past 2 months to inquire on the status of my title only to be told it will certainly arrive within the next several days. On my most recent call I was informed that it was sent as signature required parcel which would be acceptable had the dealership communicated with me regarding my schedule to ensure I could be home to receive a package.
I am thoroughly unimpressed with the service offered by this dealership and will actively steer other potential buyers in a different direction to save them the headache I have had in my business with them.”
