“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. This was by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I felt completely misled throughout the entire process. The numbers kept changing, fees appeared that were never clearly explained, and the transparency was basically nonexistent. Once they took my deposit, the numbers changed right away. I left feeling taken advantage of and extremely disappointed. The way everything was handled felt dishonest and unprofessional. Once they had my commitment, communication dropped, and concerns were brushed off instead of properly addressed. I would strongly recommend anyone considering this dealership to read everything carefully, double-check every number, and think twice before doing business here. I've been going back for 2 months for my license plates, and i still haven't received them. Any time i call no one helps and they say they will call me when it arrives and it still hasnt.”

He was smart enough to enlist the help of his manager Sammy and Willie. These two men were honest and filled with a wealth of knowledge that proved to be cost effective.
