I went in on a Thursday morning for a test drive and was able to finalize the purchase that very afternoon. “I had a very unsafe and disappointing experience with BM Motor Cars. I bought a car on Oct 2, 2025, during the inspection I’ve noticed that all 4 tires were visibly worn, especially the rear ones, continued negotiations and reached the terms where all 4 tires must be replaced and I pay half of it. I repeatedly told the dealership I intended to pick the car up on Monday or Tuesday after the agreed tire replacements were completed. Despite this, I was led to believe that car was safe to drive, saying that paperwork was all done and ready, so why not pick up the car now, which I wouldn’t mind if car was properly inspected and safe to drive. (Can’t come up with a legitimate reason, why rush? Probably because they wanted to free the space on their lot, otherwise downpayment for $20 000 was already submitted and the dial was done.. Soon after leaving the lot, one of the old tires blew out on the FDR Drive, almost causing an accident and leaving me stranded for hours. When I called the dealership, they refused to take any responsibility and just told me to “call Tesla road service.” This wasn’t just bad service—it was negligence. They knowingly handed over an unsafe vehicle after I specifically warned about the tire condition. I have photos proving the tires’ state before and after the blowout. Be very careful before buying here.”
