“They kept my car for almost 7 days before anyone could tell me what was wrong with my car. I had to call them to get updates. To add insult to injury the guy that I started with left the company with no courtesy call, no notice, no introducing me to the next person who would handle things from then on. We had to call and ask for the person who accepted my car and credit card for services only to find out he left the company or location. Before he left he told us that he could not find anything wrong with the car.(never mentioned he was leaving) Then I had my fiance to call and get some definitive answers or we were taking it elsewhere. Now all of a sudden, they had a list of 7 items totalling over $3000.00. My car sat for 5 days before anyone looked at it. And if they looked at it before then they didn't bother to inform me of the progress, never offered me a loaner car, I had to rent a car which costs money as well. Overall not a good experience. I will not be returning. Word to the wise; they are not good communicators. Be prepated to hunt them down for updates about your vehicle. Very unprofessional. All they could say was I'm sorry. $639.00 dollars later, then said they didn't know if this would fix the problem completely.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The staff seemed uninterested and not very transparent about pricing. I felt rushed during the whole process, and my questions were either brushed off or answered vaguely. On top of that, the waiting time was much longer than promised. Communication could definitely be improved, especially when it comes to follow-ups. Overall, I expected a more professional and customer-focused experience from a Cadillac dealership. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my visit.”

“Just purchased a SUV here with Jayden! Went in for a quote on a trade in just curious to see the possibilities. Jayden helped right away and gave the best options that fit the description of car I would love. I bought my last car here and decided to try it again. They were definitely very friendly and accommodating! Jayden and his manager Nate were great people to work with and I recommend highly. They were even jumping up and down from excitement when they got the deal that I would have wanted plus an even better deal than I would’ve thought was possible! Thank you Jayden and team!”

I recently visited a Cadillac dealership to check out some used SUVs, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The prices were fantastic, and the customer service was even better.
Georgy Baldzhy assisted me and went above and beyond — showing me four different cars to make sure I found the right one. He and his team were the complete opposite of the typical pushy salespeople you often run into elsewhere. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, and no attempt to upsell things I didn’t need — just honest, genuine help from start to finish.
George is a true class act — polite, professional, and the definition of a well-dressed European gentleman who gives off a genuinely positive and trustworthy vibe. You can tell he’s there to help, not to sell.
Out of curiosity, I asked about the new Cadillac Lyriq EV, and his manager, Nate Hackett, immediately offered me a test drive. I absolutely fell in love with that car. When I came back, Nate asked about my comfortable price range, and he and his team worked their magic to make it happen. That same day, Mark Viradia took care of all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, making the entire process effortless.
I ended up getting not just a great deal — but the best deal nationwide. No other dealership even came close. This was, hands down, the friendliest and most professional team I’ve ever worked with.
