“Buyer beware!! Tread carefully with this dealership. Management, service dept, and sales all failed at meeting even the smallest customer service tasks. I bought new and regretted doing business with them pretty much immediately. From the non-responsive sales person post-sale to management that acted pretty much the same, the experience sucked. In one instance, the service department supervisor told me that one of the many issues I was having with my new Rav4 was due to "morning sickness" (I didn't know I had purchased a pregnant car) and that every other issue I brought up from water in the doors that leave water streaks on the windows for days after getting wet, to the horrible squealing noises that occurred when driving were all "normal" and that they couldn't do anything about them. When they did attempt to fix a few of the issues there wasn't any real success and, ultimately, they never tried to do right by their customer when faced with the reality that their fixes didn't work. The worst was dealing with the fact that there was at least one time where I was directly lied to by service techs. The whole ordeal was awful. I'm sure they get it right some of the time but when they get it wrong it's really bad. They made what should have been a wonderful experience into one that has lead to grief and anxiety. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.”
