“WOW!!!!!! What an awesome experience. I met an incredible salesman Angel Rodriguez when I called Serra Toyota of Lincolnwood. Not only was he very professional but he answered all my questions before actually coming into the dealership.Just doing that is an A plus. In my experience most car salesmen do not want to give you any OTD numbers over the phone. They want you to come in and sit face to face so they can try and separate you from as much of your money as possible.When i arrived at the dealership I met Mr Rodrigues. He allowed me to test drive the tacoma and it was everything i wanted.We went over the numbers again and they were the same numbers he quoted me over the phone.DONE DEAL. I then met the mgr EDGAR who was very nice and professional and assured me I was getting an awesome vehicle.In the finance office I had the pleasure of having FRANCE CHAMPASSAK as my Finance and Insurance mgr. SHE WAS AWESOME. Not only did she go over all the paperwork and numbers with me she dropped my interest rate lower than what the mgr and I agreed too. Who does that? That told me a lot about SERRA TOYOTA. I have no idea how the other salespeople or finance mgr operate but if there professionalism and honesty is anything like Angel and Frances you have a good team. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!”
