“We had an overall good experience. Beautiful dealership and great place to test drive - lots of open space (which is nice in an unfamiliar vehicle). There was a slight miscommunication, but they went out of their way to rectify it. Love the car. Andrew was super nice to work with and the gentleman who handled the paperwork (and issue we had) was fantastic. They never pressured us and made our happiness their priority, even if it meant losing a sale. Just be clear on what warranty covers BEFORE signing paperwork. Lol. That was probably on us. “These are wicked people. They sold me a lemon! The axel snapped on my used 2023 Mazda C-X9 and they refuse honor anything. They sold warranties to me that are useless. Money gone! Deposit gone! No reimbursement of any kind. Not even an apology. Do not buy used cars from these people; for your own safety! If I was on the highway I could’ve died! They don’t care. That vehicle was in no way inspected. The day after purchasing the car I found out there was NO OIL in it!!!!! Dirty filters and diluted coolant mixed with water🤬 Be very careful purchasing used cars from these immoral thugs.”
