“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Multi Autos and would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from them.
The cars on the lot are in much worse condition than you would expect, especially considering they charge a so-called “reconditioning fee.” You would assume that this fee covers basic servicing and inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and properly maintained. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all.
The vehicle I was seriously considering purchasing had clearly not even received a basic oil change. The oil was dirty and well past its service life, which is one of the most fundamental and inexpensive maintenance tasks a dealership should handle before listing a car for sale. Yet, despite this, I was told there was a “reconditioning” fee added to the price.
Charging customers a reconditioning fee while failing to perform even the most basic maintenance feels misleading and unacceptable. If a dealership is going to advertise that their vehicles are reconditioned, then they should actually perform the necessary work to back that up. At minimum, that should include an oil change, fluid checks, and a basic inspection.
Overall, I found the condition of the vehicles and the added fees to be very disappointing. Transparency and proper preparation of vehicles should be standard practice, not optional. I would recommend that buyers thoroughly inspect any vehicle and question any additional fees before moving forward with a purchase. Do not buy here!”

“I bought a car from Nick on Saturday and it went very smoothly. I had already looked a lot about the car up online and knew exactly which one I wanted to see. When i got there the car was actually not on location but Nick did a good job at not pressuring me about things that I didn't want to see, and instead focused on doing what he could to get the car I wanted to see there. I felt like there was transparency and ease through the sale. Other coworkers had no problem helping when I wanted a more in depth explanation of the price and gladly walked me through it. Mike in the finance office was very easy to work with as well. He had a very good attitude, was not pushy, treated me and my husband with respect, worked with me to fix an issue with the speakers, and also had patience about my small bank having a million security features while trying to pay. All in all it was generally a good sales experience. Happy with my yaris so far.”
