As a follow up to the sale, when a minor item came up the manager, Chad, was super helpful and quick to get us in and take care of our vehicle. I have purchased approximately 30 cars over my lifetime through a lot of different dealers and can say I had an excellent experience with this Automax Atlanta team. Highly recommend.โ€

โ€œI attempted to buy a vehicle here and the experience was extremely disappointing. I came prepared to negotiate fairly and even put money down. The dealership used KBB to justify their low valuation on my trade-in, but when I pointed out that their car is listed about $6,000 OVER what KBB shows, suddenly KBB โ€œisnโ€™t accurate.โ€ So KBB is reliable when it benefits them, but not when it helps the customer. That alone should tell you everything. I also asked to remove unnecessary add-ons (ceramic coat, LoJack, etc.) and offered a very reasonable compromise: adjust both valuations slightly and meet in the middle. Instead of even attempting to work with me, they refused to negotiate and basically ended the conversation. On top of that, they charge a $700 โ€œcustomer service fee,โ€ yet there was zero follow-up from any manager after the interaction. No call, no effort to earn my business, nothing. Good dealerships try to find fair solutions. Here, I found no transparency, no flexibility, and no real customer service despite the fee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.โ€

โ€œOur company purchased a $100K Vehicle from this dealership back on December 2024 under the promise that the car was in a great shape and that it had a third row seat and I can trust them buying a car online, Turns out we were out of town in Florida and got a call from Kevin (I think he is the owner)on December 31 afternoon saying that the car will be delivered January the first, I refused but he insist it was the only way, SUSPICIOUS, Since I had no other choice I had to accept and found a friend to receive the car for me, the car was delivered at 9pm January 1st. How stupid, That was my biggest mistake, Trusting Automax. When I came home a week latter the third row seat was a mess for a $100k car. The seat leather was a different color and it was missing parts, the plastics were scratched up and dusty like they found the seat in a landfill and put it in the car, since the moment I saw it I contacted them with no answer from Kevin or Chad who is the manager. Took the car to Toyota dealership and got it fix, sent Chad the Invoices and he said they cant do anything about it, and I get it, their customer service goes up to tricking people in to buying the car, after that there is nothing. - Chad (Manager) you got Cero Customer Service. Hope to meet you one day so I can teach you some management skills buddy. - Kevin (Owner) If you have to lie to sell to another business owner a $100K car and then tell him you dont work at the company anymore you cant do anything about it, that makes you an example for all other entrepreneurs of what not to do. I am not mad at you guys, I am sorry for the people who work for you an anybody who could ever be your customer. I know what you are gonna say Chad, AS IT IS, that is why the car is fixed.โ€
