I had a wonderful experience working with Phil, I wish I could have had a longer text drive but it didn't effect my decision to buy the car,I did. Not sure if he thought I was really interested. Because I did tell him I my test drive another car.. once I said that's the one ,Phil and Chad worked to get it done..it didn't get washed before it was delivered but I'll live. Thanks

Phil Clancy is amazing. His customer service is unmatched he always goes above and beyond to make it happen. He was able to find me the perfect car for my budget. He hooked me up with great financing terms and was able to make my dream car fit my budget even though it seemed like it was out of reach Phil got it done for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

Our company purchased a $100K Vehicle from this dealership back on December 2024 under the promise that the car was in a great shape and that it had a third row seat and I can trust them buying a car online, Turns out we were out of town in Florida and got a call from Kevin (I think he is the owner)on December 31 afternoon saying that the car will be delivered January the first, I refused but he insist it was the only way, SUSPICIOUS, Since I had no other choice I had to accept and found a friend to receive the car for me, the car was delivered at 9pm January 1st. How stupid, That was my biggest mistake, Trusting Automax. When I came home a week latter the third row seat was a mess for a $100k car. The seat leather was a different color and it was missing parts, the plastics were scratched up and dusty like they found the seat in a landfill and put it in the car, since the moment I saw it I contacted them with no answer from Kevin or Chad who is the manager. Took the car to Toyota dealership and got it fix, sent Chad the Invoices and he said they cant do anything about it, and I get it, their customer service goes up to tricking people in to buying the car, after that there is nothing. - Chad (Manager) you got Cero Customer Service. Hope to meet you one day so I can teach you some management skills buddy. - Kevin (Owner) If you have to lie to sell to another business owner a $100K car and then tell him you dont work at the company anymore you cant do anything about it, that makes you an example for all other entrepreneurs of what not to do. I am not mad at you guys, I am sorry for the people who work for you an anybody who could ever be your customer. I know what you are gonna say Chad, AS IT IS, that is why the car is fixed.
