“Buyer beware. Chris was responsive and helpful while I was in the process of buying the car, but things changed once the sale was completed. The dealership added roughly $4,000 in add-ons on top of the advertised price, and even after negotiating I still ended up paying about $2,000 above the original asking price.
When the car arrived, I discovered issues that had not been disclosed: a rear seatbelt that doesn’t work and adaptive cruise control that isn’t functioning. I reached out multiple times asking if they would help address the problems, but after the sale communication stopped completely.
This dealership could easily be a 5-star experience if they eliminated the unnecessary add-on fees, used straightforward upfront pricing, and fully disclosed any vehicle issues before the sale so buyers can factor them into negotiations.
My advice: look elsewhere.”

“I recently purchased an RCF from this dealership and had an outstanding experience working with Phil. I traded in my IS300, and from start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient.
Phil went above and beyond to ensure the car was fully serviced and ready for my 900-mile drive home. He double-checked everything for peace of mind and was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He walked me through every inch of the car so I felt completely confident in the quality and condition of what I was buying.
The RCF performed flawlessly on the drive home, which says a lot about the care and preparation that went into it. The transaction itself was quick, straightforward, and transparent.
On top of that, the team was welcoming and genuinely kind — I even enjoyed seeing the colony of cats they care for on-site. It’s clear they take pride in more than just their cars.
Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for high-quality vehicles at reasonable prices without the inflated markups you see elsewhere.”

“Im doing this review because my husband already left one for the first car we got from automax. Our 2014 Ford escape is still running strong. This is our second time getting a car from here and just like the first time, we are absolutely thrilled to work with everyone here! Phil, Chad, Shawn, Jordan were absolutely amazing! My husband has been wanting to trade his truck in for something more reliable and dependable. He called automax, found a 2016 gmc Acadia Denali he fell in love with and they all made it happen. “I had a wonderful experience working with Phil, I wish I could have had a longer text drive but it didn't effect my decision to buy the car,I did. Not sure if he thought I was really interested. Because I did tell him I my test drive another car.. once I said that's the one ,Phil and Chad worked to get it done..it didn't get washed before it was delivered but I'll live. Thanks”
