We were looking for a vehicle and worked with Dan Plichta at Mazda in Libertyville. While we ultimately decided on a different brand, we were very pleased with Dan's service and attentiveness. He was kind and informative without being pushy or aggressive as some others we had dealt with had been. If you're in the market for a Mazda (great cars), you can't go wrong working with Dan.

The sales department is great, Isaac especially was great for helping check over that I was getting all the discounts available, including some of the longer shot discounts. Their Service Department on the other hand, leaves a *LOT* to be desired, like being able to keep basic appointments for a simple oil change. They scheduled my for an oil change, and when I drove out at 9:30 in the morning 2 days in advance, I was told there were no technicians available. I understand that technicians are not always present, but a simple call that they could not honor the appointment would have been far more understandable, rather than letting a customer drive out to the dealership, only to be turned away, wasting everybody's time.

I had to purchase a new vehicle and was referred here. I'm so glad I was; not only did I walk out with a new car, but the entire staff turned a scary process into a pleasant experience. Bernardo patiently helped me with financing while working with my budget, Marion walked me through the various features of the car and app, and a shout out to Gabe and Emilia for their kindness and support as well. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, check them out! You won't regret it

While my review of the dealership as a whole is 4 stars, Isaiah Cole is nothing less than 5 STARS! If you are going to go and you want a transparent, down-to-earth, friendly buying process, then ask for Isaiah directly. Isaiah was personable and professional! He communicated well and assisted me in every part of the process. I was treated like family or a close friend when I was there by him. The dealership as a whole did not give me the most welcoming feeling, but Isaiah did such a wonderful job that I was willing to come back if I could work with him. During the negotiations with the used car manager, Dan, I was not fond of some of his tactics and remarks, but I do understand business and did not take it too personally. I had verified with Isaiah that there were two keys before purchasing the vehicle. I came back after the weekend to pick up my car, and Dan attempted to give me one key. I told Dan that there were two keys, and he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think so instead of checking. Why would I be making up an additional key? Why would you not do your due diligence for a customer who just purchased a vehicle? I guess everyone can't be as amazing as Isaiah, but customer service speaks volumes about the establishment and you as a person. Thank you, Isaiah, for your attentiveness and kind nature! It will take you far in life and your career.

After 24 yrs of owning our 2001 Mazda, we had the pleasure of connecting with Mazda Libertyville through Costco's Auto program. We were looking for a specific model. Iyana got in touch with us right away and worked with her manager to find the car we wanted. They didn't have it in stock but found a Mazda who had it. A few days later we were test driving the car, and then bought it. The team at this dealership not only gave us the best price, they were also very responsive. We were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. We are very happy with the experience at this Mazda. Maybe we'll see them again in 24 yrs 😁... maybe sooner!
