“I had a fantastic experience at Napleton Cadillac working with Mike Palermo. We were looking for a 2023 Cadillac XT6 Sport, and Mike made the entire process seamless and professional.
What really stood out was the transparency. Mike walked us through the 172-Point CPO Inspection details—everything from tire tread to brake pad measurements—so we knew exactly what we were buying. They were also incredibly fair on our trade-in, meeting us at the $26k mark for our Jeep, which made the deal move quickly and respectfully.
If you want a straightforward, no-games luxury car buying experience, go see Mike Palermo. We couldn't be happier with the new ride!”

“My experience with Napleton Cadillac has been nothing but amazing. Mike Palermo, my sales professional was extremely professional and very helpful. He gave me the best walk around at delivery I’ve ever had. Every interaction I had with the GM and Finance manager was very pleasant. They made it really easy to buy. I’m new to the Libertyville area and I know now where I can call a dealership home. I will be going for service and when my wife is ready we will be getting another car there. Great job Napleton Cadillac.”

“Buyer beware. This dealership uses a term called "certified approved" which I have never heard before. All it means is that the car can be certified at a cost of $2000 to you. Also the used CT4 had a horrible sound that they said was a bad strut but said they wouldn't fix until we purchased the car.
Whether you are allowed to or not isn't the point. The point is that it is a shady tactic that I have never seen before at any other dealership. If you are truly interested in being transparent you would make sure that "certified approved" is clarified in your description as it is not a commonly used term. Just let people know that you are going to charge them $2000 more for the certification of the car so they don't make a trip to your dealership to find out otherwise. Transparency works both ways. If the car was actually certified as I believed it was without knowing that you were being tricky or less than transparent I wouldn't have even come to look at the car at the price listed. Thank you for confirming I absolutely made the right decision walking out of your dealership.
A $4000 warranty that we thought was already included because you advertised the car as certified approved, yes. Not sure that makes your tactics any less shady or transparent as we were just asking for what we thought was already included given the way you advertised the car. Either explain "certified approved" in your description or leave it out if you are truly interested in being transparent or honest which you have proven is not the case.”

“I stopped in to take a look at a new Vistiq. Mike Palermo and Kathy Gudas were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I took a Vistiq for a test drive and Mike answered all of my questions quickly and confidently. I will definitely be going back to Napleton Cadillac in Libertyville when I am ready to purchase!”

“I saw the vehicle (2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR) online. Purchased from out of state (Syracuse, NY). Contacted the dealership to inquire about the car. John Melus at Napleton Cadillac of Libertyville was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions about the vehicle, offered to pick me up at the airport (which was a big help BTW), and even recommended a great spot to eat while I was there. Excellent customer service and amazing hospitality. Thanks, again for everything John. The automobile is amazing. Immaculate inside and out and so smooth to drive. The exhaust notes are music to my ears. Very satisfied customer.”
