He was very professional, transparent with everything, and down to earth. They fixed existing paint chips from rocks for us. Our battery had a bad cell a week and a half later, Khalid told us to come down and they would take care of it, we are here now they are putting a new battery in. “Found a truck on their website that I was interested in. My wife and I went by around 7pm after I got off work to take a look at it in person. Was immediately met in the lot by a very pleasant and professional sale associate Cory. Although the dealership had a closing time of 8pm, Cory never once tried to rush us in any way so he could leave at 8. He made us feel like we could take as long as we wanted and he was glad to be taking care of and helping us. He pulled the truck out, he went over everything about the truck with us and we took it for a test drive, even though by then it was past closing time. We wound up purchasing it and went through the whole process in a very short amount of time. No back and forth for hours, like other dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. “We recently went to Jerry Hunt Super Center in Lexington and had a great experience buying two vehicles. First I called and inquired about a particular vehicle and had a real person, Jackie, take the call and help us put a hold on the vehicle we wanted to see. The deposit is refunded if you show up (except for $6). Our sales representative, Axel, called us during the 3 hour drive there to introduce himself. He had the vehicle ready for us to see and was very transparent about the CARFAX detail etc. Love the no haggle price. We did request an adjustment on the trade we had. Aron was awesome explaining LoJack and working with our trade in. They are not pushy but very transparent about add ons and benefits. We test drove both vehicles. Finance again was clear. Angie was very informative, helpful, and no pressure if you didn’t opt for extras. Our last finance person for the 2nd vehicle was Daniel. Wow! He worked very hard to find the right term and rate. He explained all clearly and helped make everything flow easily. After we finished there, Axel comes to help us take out our car seats, stuff, etc. on a cold windy evening from the trade to the new vehicle. He was the first we saw in the am and many hours later, the last making sure he answered all and helped as much as he could. We were blessed to have such a positive experience and would recommend.”
