“Vehicle was a fair price and process was smooth. The sales guy was nice and prompt. Finances guy was nice. Neither were pushy about anything.
One thing I didn't like is that the vehicle was not detailed before leaving the dealership. Not going to dock a star because of that but that should've been done before leaving the dealership.”

“Recently bought a white 2018 pp2 ford mustang from here mid-late December 2025, absolutely love the car. The service these guys provide is fantastic unlike the pos dealerships out here in Oklahoma. These guys are very patient, very intelligent, went through everything with me step by step, and they’re very easy to work as long as you work with them. They even offered me a slice of pizza, HELL EVEN TALKING TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE GREAT! I personally couldn’t recommend a better dealership.

Stayed in touch with me and was constantly giving me updates a week before I came down, drove 2 hours and as soon as I got there the car was ready for a test drive and man I enjoyed it very much. I’m not new to manual but it was my first Mustang, so I might’ve burned the clutch just a little trying to get used to the bite point height while dealing with Dallas traffic, didn’t take long but once I did I knew was leaving with that damn car. We got back and went over a few thing’s, came back a week later to finalize the sale, went over everything and all the details a couple more times, next thing you know I was heading back home with a 5.0, I was literally racing an Audi RS5 on my way back felt like a movie. Paul calls here every now and then to check in with me and the car, but it’s absolutely a great experience working with the guys and Maverick Motors. I appreciate it Paul still gotta try Tortas DF when I comeback that way.

“This car was exactly what I was looking for! Patrick was helping me through the process he had good customer service but I do feel like there was some unprepared things, like everything wasn’t ready when I arrived there at my appointment time, but I had an appointment ahead of time. I went three times because of them being unprepared. If I would had gone a 4th time I wouldn’t had and just found a new place honestly. I don’t think anything was directly Patrick’s fault it was really the financing and people that inspect the cars. When I got home with the car I checked its oil and it damn near had none which was disappointing to find out since I paid for them to “make ready” the car before I bought it which isn’t an optional fee and they supposedly do a inspection of the car but I’m not sure how great that inspection is. It also needs a few other minor things but does make me wonder what else is wrong with it. Other than that I didn’t mind anything else. Patrick let me test drive the one I wanted but I did have to ask what I needed to test drive since it was never told and I saw it in the reviews that you needed things or you wouldn’t be able to test drive. Overall it was a decent experience but I’m unsure if I’d buy a car from here again.”

“All I can say is WOW!! A1 customer service for me and my wife. I have never financed a vehicle with any other lender other than my credit union and this was the first dealership I took a chance on. It so happen to be a late Friday afternoon and a 3 day holiday weekend that forced me to make a swift move on a BMW 5 series that I did not want to lose out on. My sales guy Bryan killed it! From the start of the process until the end he got me the exact deal that I wanted. My credit union was dragging their feet and Bryan asked me to give him a shot at my business and I did. So glad I did because we are 100% satisfied and will be purchasing from those guys again. I hated to switch up from my credit union but if anyone is reading this and needed a vote of confidence from a stubborn and loyal customer, I'm telling you Maverick will take care of you. Give them a shot and see what they can do. I'm a true believer now and enjoying my BMW!!! Took about 3 hours to drive out of there from the time I stepped in the building. That's how you do business!!!!”
