We had an amazing experience today purchasing my wife a car. 2026 crossport R line. Top notch professionalism from the moment they answered my phone call to the moment we drive off. Jafri and Clary plus the finance team were exceptional. I have to mention the gentleman who pulled up my car after deatailing was totally genuine and professional as well. They sent my wife and I a personalized video of the interior and exterior of the car moments after I mentioned which one I was interested in. I highly recommend this team! 10/10 experience. Thank you!

I recently visited this dealership for a scheduled service that included an oil change, rear brake pad replacement, and a tire rotation. My service advisor Liam was professional, communicative, and genuinely tried to make the visit smooth — and I appreciate that. However, the actual tire rotation was not completed properly. I had checked the tire positions beforehand, and it was clear after the service that the wheels had not been swapped. After I pointed this out, the car was taken back for correction, but even then only one side was actually rotated, while the other remained unchanged. What concerned me most is that I was assured the work had been completed, when it clearly wasn’t. On top of that, shortly after leaving, my dashboard displayed a warning to check tire pressure — something that should be addressed during a proper rotation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this level of oversight is disappointing, especially when paying dealership prices and expecting dealership-level quality. I hope this feedback helps improve attention to detail in the service department, because customers rely on accuracy and trust when servicing their vehicles here. Update. They even managed to screw up with oil level.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience at Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Lewisville! Even though the team was very busy, I never felt ignored. Jim, Matthew, John, and Dalton all went above and beyond to help me, and I truly felt like they were listening to my needs instead of just trying to sell me something. They worked hard to get me into a great car with a deal I could afford, and I appreciated their honesty throughout the process. Everyone was personable, kind, and down-to-earth. John’s energy and willingness to share helpful advice beyond just the car-buying process stood out to me, and Matthew was so easy to talk to. Jim was professional and supportive, and Dalton was also very kind. A funny observation — everyone I met in the dealership had the most beautiful eyes! 😊 But beyond that, I just felt cared for, respected, and valued as a customer. Thank you all for making this such a positive experience for me and my daughter. Highly recommend this dealership and team!
