“This is probably the second time I've ever leave a feedback. My experience with AutoPark is phenomenal that I have to leave this positive feedback. AutoPark is one of the few reputable dealership I've ever dealt with. I was interested in a vehicle and wasn't sure if there was any mechanical issues. AutoPark suggested to get a PPI (pre purchase inspection) and made the necessary repairs. Tristen (GM), Johnny (Sales Manager) and Jake (Sales, my main contact) are great guys and they have wealth of experience, knowledge and they can provide options to any issues at hand. No matter if your purchase is a $500K vehicle or $50K, they will give you the same great service. I highly recommend going to AutoPark for your next vehicle purchase. “I’ve never dealt with a dealership that left me hanging this long on responses about a vehicle. Normally, dealers are eager to take your money, but in this case, I had funds ready and was seriously interested in both a GTR and an R8 they had. Despite repeated follow-ups over several weeks, I received little to no clear answers and almost no follow-up communication. By the time I finally got information on the gtr it was sold, been trying to inquire about the r8 for the last month aswell and trying to find out trade-in details and got hardly no response as I was told I’d be expecting. This experience was extremely disappointing, the lack of timely communication and responsiveness made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. I would caution anyone who expects professional and prompt service.”
