“We ordered a new truck approximately 18 months ago. The first part of October my husband canceled the order and requested our deposit back. The first time Julius Patterson said it would take a couple of weeks to process the check. Then we got the news that supposedly the truck was scheduled to start in Jan. 2026. My husband again told Julius we still wanted the order canceled. He told my husband our refund was being processed and we should get it in 10 to 14 days. This was before Thanksgiving! No check and no more response to communication. We are very disappointed that we have been ghosted and have not received our check. Hope others have a better experience!”

While there I found a truck that was perfect for my needs. I expressed my interest and was handed the keys to take the old girl for a test drive. The next day I was back under no pressure, just a relaxed laid back atmosphere.
