“This is more of a long term review. Back in July 2022, I was looking to get a low mileage Smart car to zip around the city. At the time, there were not many of them listed for sale in NC or nearby, so after a lot of research I settled on 3 dealers and planned out a Saturday with my family to go look at them. After the 1st dealer tried selling us a lemon that we turned down, we traveled about 1 - 2 hours to AutoWorld since they were about to close and the 3rd dealer's Smart didn't look too convincing judging from the photos and previous Carfax history. Plenty of cool classic cars and trucks on display. The people here have been so calm and honest, they did not try to rush or push a sale on us. We were able to scan the car for codes, check the oil and fluid levels, etc. without any pressure. They even let us test drive the car without their company, overall a very relaxed and smooth experience. They had two lovely looking dogs to boot! They have been very patient with us even after we were past closing hours, we bought the little Smart car in cash. Pricing did not have any smoke and mirrors, what you see on their website is what you pay. The pocket rocket has since been a reliable grocery-getter, and I have given it some love in the form of maintenance and some sick new wheels and tires. I also recommended this dealer to my brother, who purchased a White Hyundai here a few months back and is also very happy.”
