“The car was advertised at a reasonable price, and everything seemed easy until it was time to sign. That's when additional fees were added that were not clearly discussed in advance. The total fee was significantly higher than expected. Transparency is important when it comes to a major purchase like a car. Surprises at the time of signing create a bad impression. The car I bought from here was defective. I had to face many problems after a few days. Very bad experience.”

“Original review was based on the initial purchase.
Since the purchase: my vehicle (on the contract) was to be serviced with two missing pieces on the vehicle. I trusted this was going to be done. IT HASN’T. Cannot get a return phone call and feel this is a fly by night, not trustworthy dealership.
I am involving the better business bureau and further due to the lack of response and taken care of contracted issues.
Ken, Mike, and Nick - extremely helpful, motivated to sell, and worked the deal to get the vehicle. Friendly, attentive, and happy with the purchase.”
