“I saw a truck that I was interested in, filled out the online papers, received a call from a sales manager and made an appointment to come in at 1pm to look it over and buy the truck. Now owning a business I understand the art of the sale. So drive 40 miles to the dealership and walk in and am asked from the get if there is any other vehicle I am interested in. I respond no I am specifically here for a certain truck and he tells me it has been sold. At no point did anyone think to call or text me and say “hey we have another buyer, don’t waste your time coming down unless there is something else you want.” Then they pawn me off to another sales associate who was lackluster. I would not waste your time with this dealerj. If you so choose to I would call before you leave, call in route, and call upon arrival because they don’t seem to value a customers time and will definitely not notify you.”

“By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Fair pricing, no bs and a straight forward process with no pressure. Jennifer and her team were on top of the whole process and are just down to earth good people! It’s rare that I am compelled to write a review however, the level of comfort and professionalism I experienced was top notch. You’ve earned a customer for life!”

“The entire process was nearly effortless on my end. Good pricing and communication. The team took great care of me and answered all my questions with great detail. Ayhan was very knowledgeable about the Silverado 1500 series, while Gabby explained numbers to me and squared me away to finalize the process. The management team ensured that I was informed throughout the whole process. Ultimately, I traded a vehicle in and bought a new truck and left with no buyer remorse, knowing I got the best deal at the best dealership. Zero hassle and no pushy sales tactics. “UPDATE:The gm contacted me and explained that this incident happened prior to the current ownership taking over the dealer. Brandon Johnson went above and beyond to ensure my wheeels and tire were taken care of even though it was “Jerry’s Chevrolet” and the time on incident. I really appreciate how accommodating Brandon and his team were considering the previous ownership left me in the dark! I’m glad to know I can have confidence in the closest dealer to my home!
service department is completely incapable and untrained. Brought in my 2022 SS 1LE for a tire swap from summer to all seasons and an alignment per the Chevrolet owners manual. I get a call an hour later saying that they were able to swap the tires but the track alignment that’s in the owners manual was not possible and their tech couldn’t do it. Took the car to POHANKA in chantilly and they knew exactly how to to the requested alignment and competed it in less than an hour! Even commented on how scratched my wheels were.
Upon picking up the car, I noticed ALL my rims were scratched during the tire installation. I told the service manager Mr Stejbach and the service salesman at the front desk. They promised to make it right and would schedule a time when their wheel repair tech was onsite to have my wheels repaired. This never happened. I reached out multiple times via email and phone calls and received ZERO response from him after he made that agreement
Upon further inspection, I found Significant damage to the bead of one of the front times making the tire unmountable and unusable.”
