“POST EDIT*** they are the worst. I’m 2 months out from purchasing with no tags. They also filed them for title only. I have to go do it myself. They lied about everything in the sales contract. Purchase price was $9987 and he changed the document for over $12k. Tried calling 3 days after the purchase in regards to an oil and coolant leak. No returned calls. Had to show up in person. Then we were told that they don’t handle any issues with the cars after sales, they are wholesale and our warranty starts 45 days after purchase. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE CONS AND DISHONEST. I will be filing with the better business bureau next week. Mike was the the easiest to work with. Got us taken care of from phone call to driving away. Made the transaction painless.”

“1/6/26: Edit. Changing review from 5-star to 1-star. Car is fine, but I found out about their deceptive service. Here's a summary: During purchase, they said there is no negotiation and the price will be the list price. OK. I was shown a printout with the list price + 999 processing + taxes, fees, etc. It was all good. Next day I realized that they never gave me a copy of the docs I signed, I texted them, no response. Later when I received the Title in the mail, I went to the DMV for plates, they asked for sale copies. I had to call this dealer and they emailed me the copies. Surprise! The sale price listed in this doc was $500 higher, it didn't make sense, now they are telling me that its for 'no trade-in fee', makes no sense, it was never disclosed to me during the purchase. And it's not even listed as line item, they conveniently added it to the list price, this is a clever tactic because they know it's not legal to charge this. And don't get me started with the complication of missing 'bill of sale' and tax payment at the DMV. If you purchase cash like me, make sure to get the 'bill of sale' during the day of the purchase, because this dealer will just hang up on you later on since you're a 'waste of their time' after the purchase is already done. 12/18/25: Mike, Bryan, and Fawaz were all amazing.
