From Start to finish, a Loaner was available, which was a beautiful Hummer EV, knowing I had about 160 mile commute give or take one trip, she took my professional concern for a vehicle seriously. When my vehicle was done, she brought my car to me, and for those of us who have wandered as if we were looking for the Holy Grail in a dealership parking lot this is an absolute luxury, So why Traci? Because she'll get it done right the first time, and she cares about your investment, your time, and your comfort. Say it again Caleb for Sales, this guy? “Leesburg Buick/ GMC and hummer service department is absolutely the best!!! Mike Ramey, Donnie (foreman of service bays) and Taylor are so valuable to me!! I have owned a Pontiac GTO since 2005 it’s an affordable corvette…if you will. It’s had many ignition issues and these guys got it running after 1.4 years of sitting idle at my home. It was killing me not to be able to drive it!! Mike headed up the fix and yes it’s a dealership and fair pricing but, they are masters of caring for my car…infact, they are the only team I trust working on my car. If I can’t, they are the only ones that I trust because they’re the only ones who seem to be able to fix it regardless of the issue. Others in Loudoun county Virginia couldn’t but Mike Ramey, Donnie, Taylor and Tracy were the best auto care team I’ve ever dealt with .
