We were fortunate to have Aaron Shortino be our contact with this dealership. We were interested in a truck that we had seen online -----so we went to see it "in person". Aaron came out to greet us --then showed us the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy or aggressive --- smart on his part, as we do not respond to that kind of assistance. Everyone we came into contact with at the dealership was pleasant and respectful.

Pretty dissatisfied with our sales experience. We bought our last 2 vehicles at McCarthy Olathe, but Lee's Summit is closer so we gave them a shot. We test drove with Blake, but they did not have the exact vehicle we wanted. But he said he located one on auction that met our needs, and that he was going to order it. We told him that when it arrived, if it checked all the boxes then we would be interested in purchasing (we weren't going to commit to buying sight unseen). So he said he ordered it (supposedly), and told us 2 days later that it was in and that we could come check it out. But then he double-checked and said it wasn't in. (?) Ok. I texted him again 5 days later to see if it was in, and he said he'd check. That was the last I heard from him. I texted him back multiple times, but he would not respond. Not a great way to sell cars. We ended up buying from another dealership. I contacted the sales manager through the McCarthy website to let him know about our bad experience there, and we never heard from him either. We use McCarthy service department sometimes for our GMC vehicles, but we'll never use their sales department again.

Y’all. If I can help it, I will NEVER buy a car from anyone except Troy Reichle at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit. Ever again. Loyalty unlocked. 🔓 Buying a truck was the LAST thing I wanted to deal with. I was already drowning in stressful, grown-up, probate-related nonsense and this felt like one more thing on the pile. But Troy, plus his amazing team Jeremy and Ethan, made it ridiculously easy, fast, and actually enjoyable. Yes, I said enjoyable. We showed up with my dog, who the whole dealership immediately fell in love with. My kid had a cold and basically wiped out every Kleenex box in the building. We kept them there WAY past closing because paperwork likes to test everyone’s patience. And not once did anyone rush us, side-eye us, or make us feel like a problem. No games. No pressure. No shady vibes. Just genuinely good people who actually care. So if you need a vehicle and want a stress-free experience with zero nonsense, go see Troy. Tell him I sent you. 😏

Due to past experiences, my husband and I don't enjoy car shopping. We have always found it to be exhausting and stressful . Our son had had a great experience with McCarthy Chevrolet and encouraged us to give them a try. We are SO glad we did! Everything about our visit --culminating in a great purchase--was relaxed and stress free. We give all credit to our salesperson, Aaron Shortino. He was amazing ! We HIGHLY recommend him. He worked hard for us and was so fun and relaxed that we found ourselves, for the first time ever, enjoying the car shopping process. If you are looking for a car, go see Aaron Shortino, you will be happy you did!!!

My boyfriend who used to work at MCLS brought me here….I had an amazing sales experience with Charlie Trumps. This was my first time buying and financing a car from a dealership, and Charlie made it such a smooth process. I filled out paperwork right away, he came back with an approval, I test drove it, loved it, did a little more paperwork, shook some hands, got a big hug and congratulations from Charlie, and drove off the lot with a smile on my face. I really appreciate how patient Charlie was with my daughter. He was super kind and understanding, and Mike was too. They even played a quick game of catch with my 3-year-old to keep her busy, and Charlie bought her gummy worms from the vending machine while I finished up paperwork. That meant a lot to me. Overall it was an A1 experience. I’m really glad I decided to stay with Chevrolet. My first car was a 2006 Chevy Impala and now I have a 2025 Chevy Trax 1RS. She was brand new when I drove her off the lot and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely come back to buy again in the future!!!!
