“I cannot say enough amazing things about Gayle Fortich and her ability to turn what seemed like a bleak outlook into a positive reality! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. She earned my respect and trust in the short time I worked with her. In fact, she is the reason I decided to continue working with the Cedar Park dealership. I had a couple of bad experiences with a salesman and a sales manager who treated me like a number - prior to working with Gayle. I considered taking my business elsewhere. I am glad I stayed and experienced amazing support.

“While this isn’t my first time buying a car in general, it is the first car buying experience I’ve had at Toyota of Cedar park. An experience that made an impact on my life and an imprint on my heart. From the moment we reached out to Justin Mayes, he was very attentive to our situation, our needs, very informative, communicative, & handled us with great care. We walked in as customers and left as family. Where I was losing hope that I’d be able to get a vehicle, Justin Mayes in sales & Robbie Garcia in finance, went above and beyond putting in extra time/effort and made sure that everything worked out for us. In a field that can be very “dog eat dog” and all about the money, I truly felt like our needs were met with solely our best interest in mind & for that we are forever grateful.”

I bought a new RAV4 from Toyota of Cedar Park last year, and the experience from day one has been nothing short of excellent. I got a genuinely great deal, and the entire buying process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. The sales team was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to walk me through options and helped me select additional warranty packages in a way that actually made sense for my driving needs — no pressure, just good advice.
A couple of months later, I received a recall notice from Toyota related to the rear-view camera, which meant a visit back to the service center. That experience further reinforced why this dealership stands out. The service team was incredibly professional, efficient, and well-organized. From check-in to completion, everything was handled with clarity and respect for my time.
The waiting area deserves a special mention — it’s one of the best I’ve seen at any dealership. Plenty of seating, a clean and comfortable setup for getting work done, and a solid café that makes the wait genuinely pleasant. I also noticed a dedicated kids’ play area, which is a huge plus for families and something you don’t see executed well very often.
What truly impressed me was the level of customer care beyond the basics. They arranged pickup from my office and drop-off after the service, which made the entire recall process effortless. After the service, I requested time with a product specialist to go over a few quirks and questions I’d noticed after months of driving. Not only was that accommodated without hesitation, but the specialist patiently clarified everything in detail and made sure I left fully confident about the vehicle.
Based on my experience — and echoing what many other reviewers consistently highlight — this dealership excels at professionalism, communication, efficiency, and customer-first service. Staff across sales and service genuinely seem empowered to help, not rush customers through. The operation is well-run, modern, and clearly focused on long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions.
All in all, this is easily one of the best Toyota dealerships and service centers I’ve ever seen or heard of. With the quality of service, attention to detail, and overall experience they deliver, it’s no surprise they’ve received awards. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy or service a Toyota — you’ll be in excellent hands.”

“My Fiance and myself recently had a wonderful experience at Toyota of Cedar Park! I purchased a brand new Tundra on 12/31/25. Of course, it was very busy but all the people I’m about to name never rushed through any of the process and were extremely thorough!
Jered, our salesman, has been there almost 4 years I believe and was excellent. Very personable, I didn’t know much about a new truck purchase and he educated me without making me feel dumb.
Ricky, our finance guy, was very thorough going through the paperwork and signatures. We had an excellent conversation and I felt very comfortable with the process.
Yolanda, (customer service/truck feature lady), was amazing in going over all the details of the truck.. diligently going over the add ons I could put on the truck and the features available.
I want to give a special thank you to Moe Bishawi and Will Taylor! Without these two guys, I’m not driving the truck off the lot. They went over and beyond to get me a deal that I would be comfortable paying on! Thanks again guys!
