“Went in for a alignment problem on my new car and some other warranty related issues. 1st service writer acted like i was bothering him. Probably because it was warranty work . Didn't listen to me at all or offered an opinion .2nd guy that gave me back my car was great. They only fixed one of my problems and the one they did was great.”

“I was very happy with my experience at Commonwealth Chevy! From the scheduling of my test drive by Michelle to the service at the showroom with Chris & Benny - it was excellent.
While I went in looking specifically at a base model of the Silverado, I ended up leasing an LT model that I am extremely happy with. Chris did an excellent job reviewing different features without overselling the LT model. He was great to work with! I felt like Benny helped make a deal that felt like a win-win with CM. I am very happy with my experience!”

“Experience wasn’t bad, guys were cool. Not crazy about the truck. Truck wasn’t fully wiped down prior to pickup, there is a scratch on the door, they didn’t even cut and fit the interior floor mats, gave me the truck with an empty DEF tanks
Not a great experience for spending $80k on a truck that is just ok, too much tech, not enough truck.”
