“I came to the dealership on December 4th originally just to support someone else picking up their car. I actually planned to head to CarMax afterward to buy a used Mercedes. While we were there, KAREN ESCALANTE mentioned the Honda Prologue. I had looked at it before but wasn’t seriously considering it since it was electric—until she stepped in. Karen didn’t hesitate to grab the keys and let me test drive it. She immediately made me feel comfortable, walked me through every feature, and explained the basics of owning an electric vehicle in a way that wasn’t overwhelming at all. The Prologue was brand new with only 9 miles on it, which completely changed my plans. I requested to see a used electric Mercedes (EQE). She checked on me after the purchase, responded quickly when I had questions, and even followed up after New Year’s to make sure everything was going well. That level of care is rare. She also helped my partner that same day—so she earned two sales from us. I’ll absolutely be back to see her when I’m ready for a work van or if I decide to trade in down the line (as long as the Laurel location has what I’m looking for).
