“I love ALL the guys in here! I've had to purchase two cars back to back and they took care of me each time. Tony & Duane handled my first purchase and kept me super informed the entire time. For the second car, Danny walked me through the process of replacing my old one... Simeon took great care of me... and Arya & Bruce were able to get us in and out on a Friday night! Arya fought with financing which helped make a stressful situation seamless. They make you feel like family. My guys! Thank you all again!”

“This location is the best. This is our 2nd Acura purchase. I would highly recommend them. Danny, Simeon, & Duane took care of us and made our new car purchase such an ease. Answered any questions and concerns we had. They made sure we were getting the best deal for the car we were interested in purchasing.
Overall outstanding customer service!”

“12/20/25 Update:
Adding more videos of the brake squeal and panel rattle which they claim do not exist (after a year of them attempting to “fix” it).
Still haven’t heard a word from anyone as to how they plan to resolve this. Surprising considering how much they claim to value my loyalty over the years 🤔
11/13/25 Update:
I’d like to add in response to the dealer’s carefully fabricated response that they have not thoroughly inspected my vehicle - videos have been posted. Furthermore, the one issue (of many) they’re referring to where they compared mine to another MDX is the windshield sprayer/nozzle which doesn’t cover the entire wiper path with windshield fluid, leaving large streaks on the windshield no matter how much fluid I use (also uploaded a picture of this).
Other outstanding issues that they claim to have fixed and “thoroughly inspected” include:
-Door panel rattle
-Brake squeal
-Sunroof shade clicking/popping when closing
-Windshield sprayer misaligned (which they claim is normal)
And let’s not forget the tire situation where they told me to replace tires on a brand new vehicle (at great expense) due to noise issues, then quickly backpedaled when it made no difference whatsoever - despite selecting one of the two options they suggested.
If they “appreciated” my loyalty, I wouldn’t be writing this review in the first place, and their response is only further proof that they don’t care. As I mention below, I would not recommend taking your Acura (or any vehicle) here for service.
Oh, and if they really wanted to resolve these issues, after nine years of service, they have my phone number and can call me.
Original review:
I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership’s service department for nearly nine years (since their Tischer days), and until recently, I’ve always felt confident bringing my vehicles here. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined noticeably in the past year or so, which has been disappointing given my long history with their team.
I understand that new vehicles can sometimes have issues early on, but it’s been frustrating to repeatedly bring up problems just to be told nothing’s wrong—only to later confirm that there is. Having to record these issues on my phone just to demonstrate that something isn’t working as it should isn’t on par with the level of service I’ve come to expect.
To be fair, they did ultimately replace the starter on my new car after it started randomly leaving me stranded, but the process took several visits and a lot of back-and-forth before the issue was fully resolved.
I’ve always accepted that servicing here costs more than at other shops, but it was discouraging to receive a quote nearly double what Honda charges for a comparable timing belt service and to be told to “go to Honda” when I asked them to first fix one of the many other warranty-covered issues —especially after multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix them.
While my advisor has always been professional and respectful, I feel that when issues become complicated or require extra attention, there’s a tendency to dismiss or defer rather than fully resolve them.
I would prefer to get this all resolved through the dealership, and hopefully continue servicing here, but I’m not optimistic about it and would not recommend Acura of Laurel at this point…”

“If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. My son purchased a vehicle on October the 27th and on October the 30th the oil light indicator come on. He contacted his salesman Simeon and he tells him to bring it in for an oil change which he does on November 4th because they had to order the filter. On November the 11 the oil indicator light come back on. He was instructed I take his vehicle to a local Audi dealership to diagnose the issue. The problem was carbon build up on the pistons and cost would be $1500. When Danny Pak the general manager was informed of the problem with the vehicle his response was due to the high mileage on the car that you should expect something to be wrong with it. If that were the case why sell it to someone. They also do all the inspections on the premises. The only solution that they have is to have my son pick out a different vehicle in their inventory and to trade the vehicle to them at market value not what he paid. Also his $3000 deposit would not be honored. We have also emailed the President Warren Paugh who keeps referring us back to Danny Pak who only cares about sales not good customer service. All this has happened in less than 30 days.”

“I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Acura Laurel. Ronald is amazing. He is hardworking, kind, patient, and thorough. What started out as an unfortunate situation ended pleasantly!
I also appreciate the detailed and honest information that I received from Brendan! He was very helpful.
This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership.”
