âService Center....WOW! I can not say enough good things about the service I received this week with at Academy Ford. Andy was amazing. He quickly jumped to my aid with a situation with my son's vehicle while I was hundreds of miles away. He listened, provided full details and went above and beyond with helping me find a reliable tow service and full transparency when getting the vehicle issue diagnosed and serviced. He was so professional and had great follow-up each step of the way. Kudos to the service team! I had a great experience when I purchased the car there in 2019, have since moved away, but they treated me like I would be a customer for life. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 20!đâ

âI recently purchased a Bronco from Academy Ford the process couldn't have been any smoother. My salesman Diap and the entire Academy Ford team went beyond the pale to make my buying experience easy and without pressure. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with the dealer and I recommend them when the time comes to add a new vehicle. They inspire confidence and I will be buying from them again. âI scheduled to bring my Ford Explorer into service on 8/28 due to the Charging System Service alert that was continuously going off which caused a 4 wheel drive fault, and the electrical system to shut down while driving the vehicle. The day of service I told the service advisor about the issues and showed photos of the alerts, he said it would take a few hours for them to run test. Few hours go by, I was told, the technician ran diagnostics and came up with nothing and to call back if the vehicle continued to do the same. Cost me $179 for a receipt that mentioned my dash camera attachment which I told them wasn't in use due to the current issues, and a call back note. My vehicle was still having issues and I called back on 9/8 at 7:34am and the receptionist transferred me to the service advisor which I had to leave a message. Never received a call back. Called the next day on 9/9 at 1:30pm and again was transferred to the service advisor, he answered and told me he'd call back. Never received a call back. Called again the next day on 9/10 at 7:40am and the receptionist transferred me, went to voice mail and I called back. When the receptionist picked up the phone, I asked if the service advisor was working because I had already called twice that week. Her reply " well, he's busy" First off, who isn't busy at work? This let me know the staff is apathetic. I asked to speak to the service manager and she told me to hold, then came back on the line to tell me he was unavailable because he was on the shop floor and offered me to leave a message. I told her "not to worry, I'll send an email to the customer service manager." I honestly didn't want to waste anymore time with this location so I set an appointment with Sheehy Ford closer to home which their team was not only pleasant and professional, they actually listened to learn what I was saying to actually figure out the root cause. Spent $230 for them to do the same thing, and it was diagnosed, found and fixed within 3 hours. Not only did I receive a full diagnostics report, the technician sent a video of the work he was doing and the issue. The discovery was the battery cords were loose from underneath which let me know you're technician either doesn't know how to properly check mechanical issues, run diagnostics or you all run a deceptive business. If you're a potential customer reading this, just be aware of the possibilities. Seems as if many others had better experiences than mine.â
