Our salesman answered all of our questions and his manager Jaina was Outstanding she allowed us to get the best price for that vehicle we purchased!

“I've bought cars almost every year for a while now, and I've visited tons of dealerships around Cali and Vegas. Almost everywhere I've run into ridiculous dealer add-ons, markups, and pushy sales tactics that kill the vibe.
But Subaru of Las Vegas stands out as a true hidden gem. They genuinely feel different.
I can't say enough good things about Manager Edo—he went way above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make sure everything worked for me. 10/10 effort and attitude. Xavier handled the rest of the process perfectly: quick, straightforward, courteous, and exactly how sales should be done—no pressure, no nonsense.
The whole experience was super efficient, prices were competitive, and they didn't try to force unnecessary warranties or extras down my throat (which is annoyingly common at most places). Professional from start to finish.
If you're in the market for a Subaru, this is the only place you need to go—no question. Thank you again to Edo and Xavier—you guys made me a loyal customer. I've found my go-to Subaru team, and I'll definitely be back for my next one.

“Upon entering Subaru Las Vegas, we were welcomed by a sense of small-town camaraderie, a delightful surprise given the dealership’s size. Our purchase advisor, Mike Nelson, transformed the trade-in and acquisition of our 2026 Outback into an extraordinary experience. His warm demeanor and genuine care ensured the process felt personal and tailored to us. As newcomers from a small Midwest town, we appreciated the "small-town" warmth throughout. The selection of extended warranties was impressive and clearly presented, giving us a sense of security without upsell pressure. Brittan, the Finance and Insurance officer, made the financial paperwork easy to navigate. We also met Angel, one of the Express Service Advisors. Mike showed us around the service department, easing our concerns about future visits and making us feel prepared. As we finalized our purchase, Daniel explained our new vehicle, helped set up our phones, and walked us through its safety features, enhancing our confidence as we prepared to hit the road.
Later on, we had the pleasure of meeting General Manager Burton Hughes, who graciously took the time to chat with us. As we spoke, it felt like conversing with family, sharing experiences in a warm atmosphere. As we wrapped up our visit, Burton prayed with us—an incredible way to kick off our journey with Las Vegas Subaru. His heartfelt hospitality made us feel truly valued. “When I’ve taken in my 2024 WRX to get warranty work done on it, the service team is always on top of what my car needs. They also do my complimentary oil changes without me having to remind them. I’ve never owned a Subaru before, but what a confident feeling it is having all wheel drive especially when it rains. I am impressed and Thank You Findlay Subaru for the experience.”
