I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my truck from Emily R. I made an inquiry online on the most fairly priced 2024 Ram 1500 I’d been able to find. Emily followed up on my inquiry immediately. She answered all of my questions, helped me in the process remotely, and had excellent communication. She was informative, knowledgeable, and gave me space to consider my investment. She got me payment options and coordinated a test drive for me. Once I was at the dealership, the truck was pulled up and ready for a test drive. She gave me space to look at the truck and we went for a drive. The Ram 1500 was beautiful and drove very well. When we got back to the lot I asked to see other options in a similar process range just so I could see my options and she showed me every vehicle. I was most impressed with her honestly when she told me the pros and cons. Older, more miles, more features etc. She truly wanted me to make an informed decision on such a large financial investment. I chose to purchase the original Ram we test drove that evening. I signed the paperwork and drove my new baby home. Saturday morning she messaged to let me know they secured a better rate and asked me to come in. My rate was lowered by 1.2%APR and approximately $20/month. While this may not seem like a big deal, it is was to me. The deal was signed and the truck was at my home. She didn’t need to let me know I could have gotten a better rate but she did. I resigned yesterday at the better rate, and I could not be more happy. Dealerships can tend to churn out vehicles with little consideration for the purchaser. Prestige was a different experience entirely. Emily was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend her or Prestige highly enough.

My experience with this dealership’s management was extremely disappointing and misleading. I was a young buyer at the time and was given an extremely high interest rate (28%), which management clearly knew was predatory. I was desperate and trying to make things work for a luxury black truck business, which ultimately failed — and they had no problem pushing a deal they knew would put me at a disadvantage. There were also serious transparency issues with the vehicle’s history. I later discovered the car had been sold more than 20 times within just a few months between dealers, something that was never properly disclosed. Even more concerning were major mileage inconsistencies: one owner allegedly put 30,000 miles on the vehicle in just 3 months, while the owner before that somehow didn’t add a single mile over two full years. That makes no sense and should have been flagged. Since purchasing the Escalade, it has developed serious problems. The vehicle now runs out of gas around 50 miles, and the fuel gauge often doesn’t reflect gas usage properly even after driving for a while. These are not minor issues and raise concerns about whether the car was properly inspected or possibly tampered with. When I attempted to return the vehicle just days after purchase, management became unprofessional. They talked over my dad, escalated the situation instead of calming it down, and the interaction nearly turned into a confrontation. Overall, this dealership failed in ethics, transparency, and management conduct. I strongly recommend anyone — especially young or first-time buyers — do their own research, pull independent vehicle history reports, and think carefully before trusting this dealership. Also I wanted to trade in my Durango for an SRT and the dealer wouldn’t even return my calls like I was a fan.. they don’t even value selling cars here nor their customers.. RUN. Management prays they don’t see me face in their again..

Must give a shout out to bro Clayton and the crew. They put us in a 2025 Ram Big Horn, best vehicle we've owned so far. Clayton got most of the work done prior to us even stepping foot on the lot. The buying experience went as smooth as butter. No hassle, no haggle, just straight down to exceeding out expectations. Can't beat that! Also shout out to Quincy and Mike over at the finance department. This wouldn't have happened without the entire team. You guys rock!

Easiest car buying experience - hands down! My husband and I went to this dealership while our existing truck was in for service with them, and decided to do a test drive on a new vehicle since our other truck was 10yrs old and we knew we would need to start looking for our next vehicle sooner rather than later. What happened next was nothing short of a dream experience, with both of us being extremely introverted and extremely leery of overbearing sales persons. Jeff, Sales Director, struck up causal conversation about the dealership in general, their upcoming move to a larger location, and a little about his personal ethics. He shared some insight into current inventory (new and used) and encouraged us to talk a walk around the lot with no pressure to talk to a salesperson. After looking around, we came back in and we asked Jovan (Sales Advisor) to assist us after Jeff recommended we work with him if we were even mildly interested in looking at any of their vehicles. Jovan was a true delight! He worked in helping identify future vehicle needs, wants, and ideal options, as well as provided expert-level knowledge about the vehicles available for purchase. We were able to identify a vehicle that met all of our needs and would be with us for the next decade of our lives, just as our other vehicles had been (we really do make the most of our vehicles). After discussing the options for our vehicle in their service bay as a trade-in (we thought this was fair as they physically had worked on the vehicle and knew what existing work was being done and had been recommended for future), we worked together with Jeff to come to a sales price that worked for both the dealership and ourselves. While waiting to sign the paperwork, both Jeff and Jovan ensured our comfort, frequently asking if we needed anything and stopping by to share some enjoyable conversation. As a side note, Jovan is both funny and engaging, and Jeff will happily share New York anecdotes that will bring a smile to your face. Genuinely, this was the easiest vehicle buying experience either of us had ever experienced and we cannot recommend Jovan (Sales Advisor) and Jeff (Sales Director) highly enough. They are a true credit to this dealership and deserve high praise for the way they display their values and ethics in every customer interaction.

On October 8th, we visited Prestige car dealership on a recommendation from a good friend who swears by their service - and I can see why! Freda and Jeffrey welcomed us with a smile and a relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure to buy. They explained everything patiently, making sure we understood all the details. After 45 minutes of test drives and comparing prices, we decided to purchase the perfect Jeep Compass. A big thank you to our friend Giora for the recommendation, and to Prestige, especially Freda and Jeffrey, for the excellent service and unbeatable price!
