“I purchased a used ioniq 6 2023 at the end of October. This was my first ever purchase with Hyundai. I have always heard of how great the cars were and the top tier service they offer. Dimitri was very friendly and attentive to me immediately as I arrived. I wanted to check out a few cars while there and informed him I would need to come back with my family to make a decision. Dimitri didn’t change his demeanor at all with this information and was very happy to help and let me test drive whatever we wanted. At the end I decided on the Ioniq 6 and Dimitri gave me his number and told me to stay in touch. No pressure and very understanding of our situation. The following day I came back with my family and after some discussion with Dimitri and a sales manager we came to an agreement on the car we were both happy with. The overall process was very professional and welcoming. Dimitri has even followed up with me over the past week seeing how I was enjoying the car and if I needed anything else. I love my new car and will definitely be looking at Hyundai in the future for vehicles for my family and myself!”

“I recently purchased a new 2025 Hyundai Elantra. Had a great experience. This car is an excellent choice. The sales rep, Tony Fisher, was friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy from them again!”

“Sales associate, Tony Fisher, was fabulous! He listened to what I wanted and did not apply pressure to exceed my limits. He answered all my questions honestly, and I truly felt he was an ally.
However, my experience fell short when I met with the financial agent… James, I believe. He did not speak to me, except when he put excessive pressure on me to buy the unlimited oil changes. Even though I declined numerous times, he continued to insist that I needed them until the situation was more than uncomfortable. Other than that, he was was glued to his computer screen and shared nothing with me. Additionally, I had arranged with my credit union to finance a portion of the car, but he changed it to dealership financing without my knowledge. Having seen nothing in print, I was handed a thumb drive at the conclusion of the process. I was not aware of the financing change until I got home and printed out the documents. Sales agent, Tony, to the rescue! When I contacted him, he immediately followed through with my choice of financing.
In summary, I would seek Tony out if purchasing another vehicle… and would refuse to work with someone who made me feel so disrespected. So sad for Hyundai that one individual can so negatively color a car purchase experience.”

“My experience went great! Ralph was very attentive to my needs. I already knew the type of car I wanted. The deal was with me having my kids , can he have into my new car in two hours max! Let’s just say RALPH and the entire team did not disappoint! The process was fast and it went very smooth and easy. They advocated on my behalf to get me the best deal possible due to my credit and before you know the keys was in my hands! The way my daughter looked so proud of her mommy buying her first car I could cry! And she was even more happy being able to hit the bell. Thank you Ralph, Thank you David the finance manager. I hope I have you both again when it’s time to upgrade into a newer year car and improvement of my credit. Thank you Hyundai 💙”
