You can find some good deals on used rentals and it's a no pressure, understated environment. “Made reservation on the Hertz app. Took Uber to location. As soon as I walked in the 2 females working there had attitude right away. They both said they had no cars available. Said I should’ve called the store first before making reservation. They made it seem like it’s my fault. When you place an order with Domino’s Pizza, do you call them first to see if they have pizza available or do you just order online. So after they told me there were no cars available I had to order another Uber to go back to my hotel. So I spent $69.92 in Uber for no reason. Once you see the type of people working there it will all make sense.”

“This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought a vehicle from Hertz back in 2018 at this location and was a wonderful experience. From the first interaction I’ve ever had with them recently has been frustrating. Trying the rent2buy and reserving a vehicle. The lack of communication from the salesman, very poor transparency. I did a credit app and on The second time I was approved with a trade-in. Bringing my vehicle there and one of the salesman was just so unprofessional and just got under my skin. The vehicle showed up one day later than expected, me begging the salesman to know what I was approved for and my terms and what payments look like was frustrating. Driving two hours from another state to see this vehicle and I was sent very poor pictures by the salesman. Found so much unexpected damaged on a vehicle, that wasn’t explained to me by the salesman and once I asked them, would they be able work on the price with me because I was interested in the vehicle and I was basically told no. When they pulled the application, it took a hit on my credit inquiry, and his vehicle showed up in a condition that I wasn’t expecting with the lack of communication Just so unprofessional. It just wasn’t worth it and even seeing the vehicle in person, knowing that this vehicle is active in a fleet, with the damages that it has, I wouldn’t rent it either and the price of a vehicle being nearly $40k. wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location just go elsewhere, even if it requires you to go to a different state to purchase a vehicle from Hertz. Trust me, it is not worth the hassle that you’re gonna go through.”
