“Bought a beautiful Taycan Cross Turismo a few months back! Gaudin treats you like royalty. Salesman was Evan, a fellow gamer and tech nerd. Felt like he really loves and cares the brand too, something you’d expect at an upscale dealership. Was not pushy at all on the car, in fact I think he was surprised in how fast I wanted to make a deal. One surprise was how good, and affordable their cafe is. I had the Turbo Tuna sandwich while waiting for my car, which was delicious! The car has had some issues (it’s a Taycan, they just do that), and service has been great. They are obviously busy and do the best they can. Erika and Kevin are outstanding in their kindness and responsiveness. I feel like I can ask anything and get an intelligent and useful response every time. They always return your car back freshly detailed and nice. Their shuttle service is also great! I had an awesome ride home with one of their staff in a nice Cayenne. Don’t remember his name unfortunately but I could tell he also cared deeply about these cars, the brand and the customer experience. Beats taking an Uber back for sure.”
