âIf I could give them 10 stars I would! This was one of the best car buying experiences Iâve ever had. The level of customer service is off the charts.
I messaged them about the car I was interested in and Artem messaged me back. When I was between their car and another he compared the cars to help with making and buying decision without being pushy. He showed us the car was certified pre owned and went thorough a Mercedes 165 point inspection where the other had not.
When we arrived he greeted us with a smile and thanked us for coming in. We had originally said if we were coming it wouldnât be til the next day.
He got the car and asked if we wanted to take it on a test drive. After seeing it we were already sold and said no. He encouraged us to take a test drive to make sure we were going to be happy with our purchase.
We go out on the test drive and Artem was very personable taking the time to make small talk and get to know us.
We get back and we still are at a yes, he goes and we negotiate a fair deal for the price. One of the things I liked as well was he was not pushy on a down payment for the vehicle. He asked we said we were not looking to put one down he said no problem Iâll be back. He came back let us know our lender would he and then walked us over to the finance guy to finalize everything.
I liked he kept offering us a beverage every so often and he let us know that the finance guy would also be offering is some options and itâs up to us but keep an open mind.
He introduced us to the finance guy and he took over. The finance guy (I hate I forgot his name because he is definitely worth mentioning) was very warm and personable as well. He kept up small talk while he got everything ready. He walked us through everything and he offered what he thought we should add (gap and extended certified warranty) showed why itâs best to get it now vs waiting. He also gave us a military discount for my husband and thanked him for his service.
Once we were done Artem introduced us to the concierge and she personally walked us through all the cars features, let me know she would he calling me in a few days to check in etc.
Artem made the experience feel like you were buying from a friend.
The next time weâre in the market for a Vehicle this will be our place. To describe the experience isnât enough you just have to go there and experience it.â

âI had a great experience buying my new car and canât say enough good things about Tyler Cloud! He was kind, professional, honest, and easy to work with and despite arriving late (around 7:00pm), he took the time to help me find the perfect car and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. I was out the door before 9:00 with my old vehicle fully evaluated and traded in, and my new car parked outside and ready to go.
Iâd also like to thank Chris Monzo, the sales manager, who was kind and supportive and Michael Nedelcu in finance for being helpful and taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.â

ââď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Great Sales Experience Thanks to Mike Mondesi
I want to especially recommend Mike Mondesi â he is truly one of a kind. Very rare to find someone with such amazing personality, patience, respect, and responsibility. The most important thing for me when buying a car is how Iâm treated, and Mike treated me exceptionally well.
I honestly bought the car because of him. He was helpful, professional, calm, and made the entire process comfortable and positive.
Unfortunately, my experience changed once I went into the finance office with the finance manager (also named Mike). The very first moment he faked nice personality but The good vibe completely shifted in few minutes.He was very dismissive, and disrespectful. When it became clear that I was not interested in extra add-ons, his attitude changed!He even left without saying congratulations!
I felt treated differently because I guess because I purchased a used vehicle, not a $100k+ car â which was disappointing and unnecessary. Had he been my sales representative, I would never have purchased a car here.
That said, Mike Mondesi deserves full credit and recognition. He is the reason this review is still positive overall, and he represents what excellent customer service should look like.â

âRafael and Fletcher Jones Imports were amazing. I flew in from CA to Las Vegas and was nervous about buying a car out of state.
They were transparent and answered ever question I had quickly. Even went so far as to pick me up from the airport.
There were a few minor scratches on my new preowned baby and they were kind enough to buff them out and even give me a full tank of gas.
Service is one of the best Iâve ever had, especially considering it wasnât even a new vehicle.
Cannot recommend highly enough. Best price, best service, best people.
Ask for Rafael and donât think twice about purchasing your next vehicle here.â

âI purchased my vehicle on December 24 from Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz of Las Vegas. My salesperson was Matt Pfizenmayer. At the time of purchase, Matt was pleasant and professional, and I initially felt confident that I had chosen the right dealership.
Unfortunately, the post-sale follow-through has been extremely disappointing.
At delivery, I was owed an additional key fob at no cost to me, which I was told would be ordered and properly programmed to my vehicle. I was also promised a full detail and a complete walkthrough of all vehicle amenities. Because it was raining heavily that day, I was told these items would be handled shortly afterward. None of that follow-up has occurred.
Today, I contacted the parts department to check on the status of the key fob and was told, âThatâs on the salesman.â That response alone was concerning, as it suggests a lack of internal coordination and ownershipâsomething I would not expect from a luxury dealership.
I then called Matt at 10:00 a.m. and left a voicemail. When I did not receive a response, I followed up with a text at 3:21 p.m. As of now, there has been no return call, no text, and no acknowledgment. This is unacceptable, particularly after the purchase of a Mercedes-Benz.
Even if the key fob has not yet arrived, basic communication and proactive follow-up should be standard. A simple update would have demonstrated professionalism and respect for the customer. Instead, I have been left to chase down information on commitments that were clearly made at the time of sale.
Adding to the disappointment, I was seriously considering purchasing the interior and exterior protection package through the dealership. However, the lack of responsiveness and post-sale support has caused me to reconsider and look elsewhere for those services.
A luxury vehicle purchase should come with a consistent level of care before and after the sale. At this point, that expectation has not been met. I hope dealership management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the breakdown in communication and accountability.â
