“If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in for a routine 50k maintenance that's was going to be around 1k and happened to run into my sales associate Caroline who sold me my last Volvo and inquired about a promotional letter I had received about trading in for a 2026. I have such anxiety around the car dealership dynamic and because of Caroline we managed to effortlessly have me drive off the lot in a 2026 model I am in love with. Caroline is the ONLY person who I have felt so at ease and real with zero dynamics of haggling and back and forth. She along with her staff, the service staff and Venecia the finance mgr were fantastic. I felt at home and appreciated being a loyal Volvo customer and can't thank everyone enough. Even the gentleman that did my notary Personable, kind, real. That's how the entire day felt. Real, kind, progressional and not pretentious but of course a luxury car. Every detail was flawless.
