“We moved to Las Vegas a little over a year ago and have exclusively gone to Findlay for any maintenance on our vehicle. And honestly, have had a decent experience overall. However, this past week was a different story. While waiting in the showroom for an oil change to be completed, I received a text message with a link to additional recommended service. This is nothing new, so I wasn’t surprised to get it. What I saw was utterly shocking (I’ve attached a screen shot). They wanted to replace my in-cabin air filter for $154.45. That is absolutely insane. In case you’ve never replaced one yourself, look it up on Youtube. It takes about 15 seconds to open a little plastic door in your glove box, slide the old filter out, and slide the new one in. You can purchase a Kia OEM filter for about $30 btw. They also include some air freshening spray but you can also buy an entire can of that for about $17 on Amazon. That is the most egregious mark up I have ever seen. But what was even worse is that I had changed out the filter at the end of the summer so I KNEW that it didn’t need to be replaced (these STP ones are good for an entire year). I even ordered a brand new one and took a photo side by side just to post in this review. So either they took it out, saw that it was fine and STILL tried to swindle me OR they didn’t even check it. You can tell they tried to get away with it too because they didn’t include a picture with that estimate. Maybe this seems too sensitive but if I can’t trust them not to cheat me when it comes to an air filter, how on earth could I trust them to change my break pads. This is the most deplorable act of money grubbing I have ever seen from a company. You just lost a loyal customer, I hope it was worth it. And don’t worry, I’ll be warning many people about your behavior.”

“🚗 An Unforgettable Experience at Findlay Kia with Our 2025 EV6 I recently leased a 2025 Kia EV6, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I had my heart set on a specific model with certain options, and after spotting it on the Kia website, I saw it was headed to Findlay Kia. I waited patiently, and sure enough, they contacted me the moment it arrived. My wife and I showed up just a few hours later and BAM! - we leased the car. With the EV Tax Credit ending on 9/30/25, we were in a bit of a rush. Leasing turned out to be the perfect move, unlocking additional rebates and incentives that made the deal even better. From the moment we walked in, the team at Findlay Kia made us feel completely at ease. Our salesperson, Chas, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She answered nearly all our questions, and if she didn’t know something, she made sure to find out. Kiran, the sales manager, was one of the most genuine professionals I’ve ever met. He walked us through every detail of the purchase and lease options with patience and a warm smile. Once we chose the lease, we met Derrick in finance. He was fantastic, efficient, transparent, and never pushy. We were offered a few additional options, chose some, and felt totally comfortable throughout the process. And then, icing on the cake, Tony Smith, the General Manager, came over to personally congratulate us on our new EV6. That kind of gesture speaks volumes. Honestly, I don’t know what’s in the water at Findlay Kia, but every single staff member seemed genuinely happy to be there. Whatever it is, I’ll take a few bottles to go! This was hands down the smoothest car transaction I’ve ever experienced. As a proud two-time Kia owner, I can’t say enough good things about Findlay Kia. If you’re considering a Kia, do yourself a favor and give them a visit. You won’t regret it.”

“THEE MOST ABSOLUTE 5 STAR SERVICE EVER!!! FIRST CAR PURCHASE KIA K5 GT-LINE 2025 The entire staff at KIA FINDLAY on Sahara St was very friendly and welcoming upon entering! Although, I’d like to give my biggest gratitude and appreciation to GABRIEL DURAN! He was absolutely kind, patient, accommodating, and just so awesome to talk to. He attended to all of our questions and did his best to meet my needs. The process was so smooth and what I appreciated most was the fact that he was so genuine to help us. I didn’t feel any pressure at all. In fact, Gabriel patiently sat with us for almost 5 hours to make sure he closed us with the best deal!
