“Dude Manny is the man to see at Fairway. Hands down one of the best service advisors I've worked with. He's professional and genuinely cares about making sure everything is done right. Took the time to clearly explain the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. Never tried to upsell or pressure me into unnecessary work. Very honest and transparent, and made the entire service experience smooth. that's pretty rare to find someone in automotive service who has good communication with integrity. If you're bringing your vehicle to Fairway Chevrolet, ask for Manny...you won't be disappointed.”

“DANGEROUS BRAKE FAILURE occurred TWICE following brake booster repair. My husband took my 2015 Chevrolet traverse to the fairway Chevrolet on Sahara for a laundry list of issues. There was a check engine light on, seatbelt light, my air conditioner went out a month ago, and we felt that my brake booster was going out. And there was a recall on the airbag that needed to be repaired. I will start with that I have zero trust in this location. The seatbelt light was repaired three times by this location and it’s never actually fixed. We had an electronic clutch going out that they misdiagnosed as something in the front end and we only had repaired after taking to a different location. And I’m pretty sure they never actually changed my transmission fluid all the times I took it in. But I have no proof of this other than my mechanic’s suspicions due to how bad it was when we went to him. We have a trusted mechanic who we use almost exclusively but he just couldnt figure out the check engine light this time. So my husband went here as a last resort as the car needed to pass smog and be registered this month. Concerned that the brake booster might be contributing to the check engine light my husband had them fix that as well. ( he figured a dealership mechanic should be able to do that right…). We get my car back original price was over 2000 but we ended up paying a little over 1800. They did not get our approval to use an aftermarket brake booster, only told my husband as he was walking out to pay the cashier. This is actually a huge thing for my guy as he hates using aftermarket parts unless absolutely necessary . Anyways, we pick it up the Wednesday before thanksgiving, my husband drives it home I went to a grocery store and a pharmacy within a few miles of home. My teenage daughter was upset because I wouldn’t let her drive but I told her that “ if I wasn’t being so careful I think would get in a car accident” I immediately knew it felt off but attributed it to having a new part. Thanksgiving as I’m driving my daughter to dog sit ( with my other children In The car) I have to keep pressing the pedal harder and harder and I’m becoming more concerned. I get to the light near our destination and the stabilitrak sensor comes on as well as the traction control sensor and I realize something is seriously wrong. I park at my friends and my husband says to leave the car in the driveway, when I attempt to pull it into the driveway the car won’t move at all and it smells like burning rubber. We tow it to the dealership and they tell us the aftermarket parts failed and that we have to moat the labor to fix it. We get my car back again on a Wednesday and my husband brings it home. Thursday I’m at the Albertsons near my home about to pull into traffic and I realize my car is having a very hard time moving forward. I immediately recognize that it’s the same feeling from before, flip my hazards on and ( slowly) circle back Into the parking lot. At this point it’s clear the dealership has an inability to service my vehicle without putting me and my family in serious danger. And we refuse to return for the to “try and make it right” all we want is a refund for the brake system and the tow . We were told a note had been out on the managers desk on the 11th. They will not answer our calls and we have not heard back. I have every intention of escalating this issue but would prefer to simply receive a refund for the services not performed and the extra cost we had for the tow as this is clearly a service issue not a part issue.”

Adil was very professional and charismatic.
He was accommodating to my situation and helped me straighten some things out with my options to finance.
Ultimately we got the deal done quickly at a fair price and I took my vehicle home happy and satisfied with my purchase.
