Worst service I ever got in my life , be careful and don’t go their . I was their for 5 hours the sale person his name nico or Nicolas was so smooth and he tried to rip me of with the prices and get me a leas for the Laredo which is the cheapest car they can offer in $900 a month and then he got mad when I complained on the price because the first price we agree on was $400 a month . But after I sign I understand that I sign on $900 a month payment .

Talk to Clayton !!!! I was interested in a jeep rubicon and a little unfamiliar but automotive smart. Clayton picked up on my level of knowledge and answered every single question I had and filled me in with what I wasn’t aware of about jeeps. Clayton knows Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Chrysler better than google. He was never pushy or edgy. I didn’t buy a car today but when I do I’m going to find Clayton.

I have taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT to this dealership on several occasions for work and service. They always end up keeping it for several days to do the diagnosis, then it takes several more days to fix the problem. They stall and and make up excuses to keep your vehicle and most of the time they did not fix the issues correctly. I had to return for the same problems three times. One time they told me that they had to get a Chrysler engineer involved to fix a simple fuel pump relay, which was done for a factory recall. This ended up taking about ten days. On some occasions, my vehicle would fail to start, leaving me stranded wherever I was. When I asked to speak with him, they said that he wasn't available. Sometimes the operator does not answer the phone. I have left voicemails with no call back and texted and called the service advisor several times, who just ignored me. I left a voicemail for the service manager one one occasional and he never called me back. When I went in out of frustration to finally pick up my vehicle, there were no other customers there. The price that they quoted me for the last repair, which should have been fixed on the last three trips was double the price of two other reputable shops that I called. They charge $200 an hour for labor and double the price of the parts. This is a complete rip off! Stay away from having any service or mechanical work done here. All of my experiences here at the service department have been unsatisfactory.
