“I brought my car into service multiple times and the tech still did not fix the automatic lights that she unplugged when she removed my dash to replace my evaporator. I brought my car into service for the 4th time this year and I was told no rental cars were available even though the water pump that Chapman just replaced was leaking AND my automatic headlights sensor wasn’t working STILL. I went to sales to try and trade my car in, sat there for 4 hours and was given crappy deal after crappy deal. I went to Towbin Dodge the next day and within 2 hours I traded my car in for a brand new same model but higher trim with lower down payment, lower monthly payment and fully loaded. I don’t know what’s going on at Chapman but I do NOT recommend this dealership OR their service department.”
