“The folks at Centennial VW are great. This was our first car purchase here since findlay left. It was an outstanding experience. Billy, our salesman was still here from our last purchase a few years ago. So glad he is. He is fantastic. Thanks for a seamless, hassle free purchasing experience.”

“Took my 2022 GTI to this location for an odd issue with the travel assist sometimes failing on startup. I was called later that day and told that something about the steering wheel would cause this issue and they would order a new one to come in the next day and install it. So it did, and I was texted… not called… that the new steering wheel’s buttons did not work and that they had to order a new one again. Odd to text me this and not call, but whatever. Next day, I am once again texted that my vehicle is ready for pickup, so I go pick it up. I am told it’s all ready, given the paperwork for the repairs, and the keys. Upon starting my car the travel assist error turns on IMMEDIATELY. Confused and annoyed I walk back inside. Looks like there was miscommunication and my car wasn’t supposed to be released to me yet, and that they are waiting for a diagnosis from a different location, and that they would call me when it’s been diagnosed. So I leave. Two weeks later, no call, no text, no nothing. I have called three times and have been told by different people that they would text or leave a note for whoever serviced my vehicle. It’s been several days since these calls and I still have no callbacks, no information, NOTHING on the diagnosis on my vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable.”

“Very disappointed. I first came to the car service shop telling them my car has been stalling and paid $189 for a diagnostic and had my car for 2 days only to take some tape off my dad wrapped around the fuel intake (yes I realize that is completely on me) and handed me back my car with no diagnostic report and say that was the problem. They told me to come back if the problem persists and push the idea to trade in my car. I have glued down my broken side mirror and they handed me back with it dangling?? They didn’t bother to put it back like how I brought it? My car stalls again after one week. I take it back to the shop and emphasize I need a rental and told me all their rentals are being used and can’t provide me one, but they’ll see my car first thing in the morning if I bring it before 6pm. Desperate, I took time off of work and brought my car ASAP, the next day they have it for 5 hours and still can’t find anything wrong, and say they need more time. Then had the nerve to mention to trade in my car again and signed me up for VW Centennial promo automatic text messages. I was frustrated and requested my car back and inputted “unfinished diagnostic” I took my car to a different VW dealership in San Diego provided me 2 lyft rides and gave me a detailed diagnostic of 15 mechanical issues with the big problem of a fuel leak and fixed it all in one full day and now my car is running fine. I’ve also been to the one in Henderson and they have excellent service too. I do not recommend Centennial.”

“After talking to several dealerships, I worked with Eddy here at Centennial Volkswagen and I had the best dealership experience. They are not pushy, and they try to fight for you to get the best price even if you may think it isn't realistic. The added bonus was not having to be there for 4 hours to work a deal on a car I already picked out. Once my lease is up I will more than likely lease from them again.”

“Firstly, don’t listen to the negative reviews. This dealership is run amazingly well in my honest opinion. I had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager Paul Ryan and he was a true gentleman. Enjoyed a few really good conversations with him throughout buying my car, and afterwards too. Incredible management style and attention to detail. Bravo Sir Paul !! Now on to Lavonte (hope I spelled your name right mate). Lavonte was very relaxed, but just enough pressure to close the deal. He stayed persistent, and never gave up the fight (which I hardly put up a fight), I want him to make money, I’m in sales too. Great test drive with him, had some laughs along the way. Ended up buying a 2024 VW Jetta 1.5T Sport (A8) 4dr Sedan with only 3,800 miles. Great deal and ended up sharing some real belly laughs with Finance Manager Rachel, but I paid cash. She was a blast that night!! Haha. Loved the energy of the whole dealership. Happy and loyal VW family, both here in the U.S and back home in Europe. Cheers!! Chris Plant”
