“My husband and I just recently purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner from this Carmax location. I can't say enough positive things about this Carmax! It's our second time purchasing a vehicle from this location, and both purchases were seamless. Thank you to Sonny for being so detail-oriented about this most recent purchase, and thank you to the repair department who took care of a few fixes after I purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend Carmax to everyone I know because of both of my wonderful experiences with this staff.”

“Bought my truck from this location. I love my truck. The sales part was great. But SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION AND SAHARA. If you drop off your vehicle here. You will never get a phone call with updates. The receptionist will give you attitude. And tell you that no one is available ever. Even the manager. The manager will ONLY reach out when you call Carmax corporate. And the techs will make your vehicle worse then what it was when you brought it in. As well as tell you that no problems were found. I attached pictures to this for everyone to see that fluid residue on a differential is “no problem found”. The original problems and complaints started with this location. They told me that they did an alignment on my vehicle as well. And when i got it back it’s the same. And when I took it an actual alignment shop. The alignment was 205$ out of pocket. Not including “camber bolts” that are needed to do an alignment. And it was never even touched by Carmax. (When they stated the did a 4 wheel alignment). I will never step foot in another Carmax location again. And when my vehicle has more problems. I will take it to the actual dealership and pay a higher deductible, because I never want to experience the frustration and blood boil with Carmax.”

“CarMax made the purchase of my 2022 Mazda MX-5 as seamless as possible. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and made the process easier. My salesman at this location was Ray. He truly went above and beyond to take care of me and make this the best car buying experience I've ever had. He was professional, thorough, and explained each step of the process to me. He explained the benefits of the CarMax care plan and I added it. This is the third car I've bought from CarMax and this was the first time someone truly walked me through the benefits of the warranty coverage! Thank you CarMax for making my long awaited purchase of my dream car a reality. I have enjoyed this experience and will refer others as well!”
