“IMPORTANT MUST READ!!!!!!! Let me start off with what a whirl wind of events. I came to 777 to look at Trucks as they seemed to have a good deal on them. After a couple days of searching and test driving here I found one that I really liked and at the time the sales rep was Devyn and she was great up until I was reached out to many times to leave a review which I did exactly the way she wanted so she would get a bonus also when I got it sent to my email and now that I need something the lack of follow up is almost impossible now that the deal is done. It seems near impossible to reach out to someone or to even get a call back. I have to show up every time to get things accomplished which should not have to be the case. As for Noah he was great and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. Justice in finance is a great guy and gets the deal done but truth be told he’s just not easy to track down at times. On the positive side the place is clean and welcoming just be aware that communication and follow up is non existent. They do have a nice variety of vehicles and accommodating discounts and upfront pricing which is helpful. So now that I have had service done to the truck I can say Izzy is amazing. As for my experience with the truck here months after the tires that were put on from factory were the wrong ones for my 2025 Nissan Frontier SL Crew Cab 4x4 and have a UNSAFE VIBRATION at higher legal speeds and Corporate nor the Dealership want to budge or swap them out so we are at a stand still and if they decide to reach out and resolve this issue then I will change my review. That was my experience at 777 and thank you all that read this posting. UPDATE as of 1/13/2026 As (Truth) be told the situation is still not handled as Nissan Corporate still doesn't want to budge and still currently waiting for a resolution Angela has been a blessing helping me on the 777 Nissan side and they tried to help with balancing the tires that didn't fix the problem :( I was told there is nothing they can do at this point other then trade the Truck in and be upside down on the deal and they are all trying to pass the blame to each other I personally have had to reach out to the tire manufacturer to get my tire problem resolved as they agree the wrong tires were put on my truck from factory I will keep everyone up to date as I go through this journey”
