Great staff, zero pressure, no... ick fakeness from anyone. Just a bunch of good folk who have some pretty nice automobiles and are centrally placed in Michigan.
Exceedingly clean facilities as well, and all aspects of the shop are tip top: financing runs smoothy, the manager is attentive without monitoring folks, the service folks leave the vehicles in better shape than they get them... Just a top notch experience.
And I'm writing so much because -- I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO CAR DEALERS... because I never get this kind of an experience.
Well, this is my second vehicle with these guys, and I'll keep coming back! Oh, and find Dwayne. Dwayne will treat you right and help you make a good decision while just being a good dude.
Just one man's opinion, but -- yah -- best car dealership experience I've had. Keep it up, y'all!”

“***DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI***
I'm starting off by saying something about Hyundai, the company. Hyundai has had several defective engine models. They had to settle and agree to replace the engine of one model affected. They were proactive with the next defective model of engine to beat regulators and a judicated response.
The second engine, they will find whatever they can to not replace it. They will blame you for the problems that this junk engine has. Our engine burned through a ridiculous amount of oil so it showed up dry. I topped it off not more than a few months before and it burned through all of it apparently. This is not normal. Others have reported up to a quart of oil being burned every 500 miles. They found what they needed to reject our claim and that was that. You can find the flowchart the service department uses to deny engine replacements.
That brings me to the service that will ensure I never buy another Hyundai again, if I wasn't already dissuaded and disgusted with Hyundai as a manufacturer. The service center itself was horrible. We brought it in for an appointment that the service center was NOT ready for. We had our car towed the night before the appointment yet they claimed they wouldn't be to look at it for a week. Unacceptable already.
After calling weekly, being told they would get to it the next week, they finally got to it FOUR weeks later. When I refused to pay for a new engine because I refuse to pay again for a defective product, they returned it back to us as shown in the attached pictures reeking of oil. It shows a total lack of respect. I get that their product is junk and they returned junk back to us, but it still felt like a slap in the face.

Not pictured: the overwhelming scent of grease and oil in the cabin
Please save yourself headaches and an empty wallet buy not buying a Hyundai or Kia. They're effectively the same company. If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would.”
