“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I drove all the way from Muskegon after seeing this green Subaru Crosstrek on Facebook Marketplace. Despite my showing up at the very end of the day and having to make a fuss with my bank, Brian got my financing finished quickly and painlessly and I got to head home with my dream car within an hour! Unfortunately, about halfway back to Muskegon, the dashboard lit up with a transmission error and I had to have it towed the rest of the way home. That said, I gave them a call the next day and they had someone come pick it up and haul it back to the lot, where they replaced the transmission at no cost to me.
