I questioned it at the time, and the sales person insisted, “You must take it.” I’ve since found out this wasn’t true at all — it’s not required, and other buyers were never forced into it. I already have car insurance, so why was I pushed into a warranty I didn’t want or need? To make matters worse, I damaged my bumper last week and figured, “Well, I paid for this warranty — let me use it.” Of course, paint isn’t covered, and it turns out the coverage is very limited and barely useful. This whole thing feels like a scam — pushing unnecessary add-ons to inflate the sale. If you’re buying from here, ask questions, read the fine print, and don’t let them bully you into extras. Very disappointed in the experience.”
