“Have been a customer off and on for over 20 years. Bought a new 2500 and needed a service. Called many times and not once did anyone answer in service. Went online to make an appt and 6 weeks out for any service! Ended up going to another dealership. Decided to give another shot today for some accessories and checked hours. 8-4 for parts on a Saturday. Showed up at 10:30am and the parts department is closed and gate is locked. They make it VERY hard to do business with them! *** Update, I received a call from Jim, Parts Manager, within the hour wanting to rectify the issues in my previous review. Jim was great, provided a direct line of communication and clarified that they are open, however due to a remodel, the parts gate is temporary closed. There is a smaller window for parts purchases, I just did not see it due to some parked vehicles in the service drive. I was upset over a collective series of concerns, however Jim went above and beyond to make sure I do not have the same concerns moving forward. A genuine conversation with a good parts manager! Got my parts ordered and look forward to meeting Jim in person. Thank you for the very quick reply and addressing the situation!”

“Buying a car today is pretty much researching what you want and finding the best price. But while this is important, what comes after the sale is more essential. Vehicles are no longer a basic method of transportation. Instead, they are an extension of the latest in technology, loaded with every convenience imaginable. I have purchased several vehicles from Jones over the years and I keep coming back because I am made to feel like I am part of the “family”. When I call for an appointment, Marick immediately knows who I am. He treats me as a person, not just a number. “Very pleased. Had to reschedule for oil change and the one guy Mark, he’s amazing! He was able to help me out and reschedule my oil change ASAP and I didn’t have to wait too long to reschedule my service. All the people there are always so nice and very helpful! Also, if you stay while you get an oil change you get a doughnut as you wait 😁”
