“I live in Princeton NJ and reached out to Courtney Clugston of Lancaster Pa Audi for her help in locating a car. To say she was wonderful, amazing and customer focused is an understatement. My initial call to her was prior to Memorial Day weekend at about 4:30pm. She took photos of the car I was interested in even though there were ones posted on the company website. Her pictures made the car look so much better and she provided all the information I requested. After deciding the color combination wasn't of interest she went to work to locate another car. I received an email from her at 3 am one morning indicating she heard about a car for me. Who does that? She was in contact with me so very often by email of text. Late or early hours answering my questions as they related to the car or cars she would try to locate and or swap. The color combination and equipment were very specific and only few were available. In addition to that there was the issue of those politically motivated nonsensical looming tariffs. Needed to find one that wouldn't have that that increased cost. She worked so very hard to find the right one and keep me informed along the way. I was so hoping she would find the car and or trade a car so she could sell it to me. Fast forward - it didn't work out . Good News.... I purchased the car after finding it at another dealership. So sorry I wasn't able to purchase it from Courtney. I have to say she was such a wonderful person to deal with. In this day and age can always say that or expect that when making a purchase. I was going to drive over 125 miles to her dealership and it would have been worth it. There are many dealerships in my area of NJ- I'd call Courtney before buying one.”

“Visited Audi of Lancaster this week to take a look at the new Audi S5. Worked with Courtney. She is absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. More importantly, I was so impressed by the customer service and treatment at this dealership. I think this one of the best Audi dealers I've ever seen anywhere on the East Coast. One of the few places where you can actually get to test drive the car for more time and feel the car in a pressure free environment without being rushed back to the dealership after two turns around the block. I don't think I've been to a single Audi dealer where I was treated this nicely and with such trust as a customer. Lancaster has great roads where you can get to feel the car and how it drives in different road settings. I highly recommend taking a drive here from the DMV if you're interested in buying a new Audi! It's so worth the 2-3 hour drive to experience such great customer service. You'll get a great deal and an awesome experience.”
