“This is my first review ever and I don’t usually leave reviews so trust me when I say this was just horrible.I went there to get a noise on my car checked out and I had an engine light on. They obviously got the engine light all it takes is to connect obd2 and scan, but my main issue was the noise I had going on and they could not tell me what the noise was. They said they would need to try different things throwing parts on there before they could figure it out, with this outcome I expected them to not charge me a whole 200 dollars when they couldn’t even tell me the issue, the whole point of a diagnostic is to get the issue but what they told me I could’ve done with ChatGPT. They gave me multiple possible causes, I allready knew that, I went to them to get THE CAUSE of the noise and they absalutely did not help with that one bit.”

“I bought my Q5 from here as a certified pre owned vehicle. I even purchased a bumper to bumper warranty for an additional 125k miles. A couple months ago only after owning the vehicle for one year the transmission stopped working and the car would not move. When calling the service department the lady on the phone was rude they did not have good customer service. They informed me since my vehicle has just hit 50k miles I could not have a loaner vehicle and was scheduling out 3 weeks. I even left a message for the service manager and they ignored me and didn’t call back. I have always purchased my vehicles through Bob Johnson and their service department was AMAZING! I can’t say the same about West Herr. If you own an Audi I would recommend taking it to Garber Audi in Henrietta. They give you a loaner vehicle for anything and everything for your convenience and are much nicer to work with. It’s sad I can’t service my vehicle at the place I bought it certified pre owned and a $5000 warranty from. Will never purchase from them again.”
